I will meet with you to assess your needs and to decide with you whether Art  Therapy is the best option.

In the assessment session I will ask you to make some art work and ask you about yourself, your problems and your background to find out whether this kind of therapy is likely to be suitable for you.

During the assessment session you will be able to experience what it is like to work with me and work with art and whether you are able to feel safe enough to explore your thoughts and feelings.

After the assessment session you may wish to take a little time to consider whether you wish to go further. If you decide that this is the way forward for you, we will arrange for you to come regularly.
