What Is Art Therapy

You do not need to be an artist to have Art Therapy.

Art Therapy uses art to help with depression, anxiety, trauma and other emotional problems.

With the support of the Art Therapist you learn how to use art materials to make sense of your images, shapes and colours.

An Art Therapy session lasts for one hour and happens in a creative, secure and relaxing art studio.
